Denise will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her husband, John of 36 years; children, Shawn (Meghan), Mike (Cathy), daughter-in-law, Ali; grandchildren, Abby, Jaxen, Madison and Katelyn; brother, Terri (Laura) Sitko and sister, Vicky Vervynck; as well as numerous relatives and friends. Denise is predeceased by her parents, Jean and Peter Sitko.
A Celebration of Denise’s Life will take place on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Memories Funeral Home and Crematorium, 13403-St. Albert Trail, Edmonton. Cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Stollery Children’s Hospital.
