It is with great sadness and heavy hearts the family announce the passing of Elsie Orton on December 25, 2023. Elsie is preceded in death by her husband John. She leaves behind her beloved daughter, Denise (Mark Scrougem), Granddaughter, Jane Krystal George (Derek), great grandchildren, Jovi Josephine and Vincent Derek, numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
A visitation for Elsie will be held Friday, January 5, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Memories Funeral Home, 13403 St Albert Trail, Edmonton, AB T5L4X1. A funeral service will occur Friday, January 5, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM, 13403 St Albert Trail, Edmonton, AB T5L4X1. A graveside service will occur Friday, January 5, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 16102 Fort Road NW, Edmonton, AB T5Y6A2.
