Born in Ottawa, Harriet leaves to mourn, her loving husband, Chris Cameron; her children, Jason, Megan (Nathan), and Simon (Marie); and five grandchildren. She also has numerous siblings in Ontario. Harriet enjoyed music, working with cloth and yarn, and doing community service. The family would like to extend their thanks to Dr Helen Steed and her staff, Dr. Trent Dusang, the South East Home Care, HTPN Program, and to the volunteers who helped make this journey more comfortable.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, 11111-57 Avenue, Edmonton. Inurnment will take place at the National Military Cemetery (Beechwood), Ottawa at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Compassion Canada, 985 Adelaide St S, London ON N6E 4A3.
