Helen Camilla McRae was born July 26, 1931 in St Boniface, Manitoba. She passed away peacefully on October 30, 2024 at the age of 93 years old. Helen lived most of her life in Calgary, Alberta until she moved to a care facility in Edmonton, Alberta in February 2024 to be close to her immediate family.
Helen was predeceased by her loving husband, John William McRae, in 1985; her father, John Mckellar, in 1976; her mother, Florance Mckellar, in 1999; her grandson, Johnnie Imes, in 1979; as well as her 2 brothers, Roy and Duncan.
Helen is survived by her sister, Jean Scobey; son, Dale (Irene); son, Daniel; daughter, Cheryl (Marcel); and son, Kevin. Helen also had several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Helen will be laid to rest with her husband, John, in the spring of 2025.
