Jean Betty (Howard) LaFayette passed away peacefully in her sleep December 10, 2017. Jean was a kind, wise, patient person with a heart full of love. She showered her family with love every chance she had. Those who knew her were blessed to be able to bathe in the sunshine of her smile and the warmth of her kindness. Heaven gained a true angel and we are happy that she’s at peace in the Lord and Earl’s presence. She is survived by her brother, Harold (Barb), 7 children, Don, Betty, Ron, Marlene, Arlene, Bert and Trevor, 15 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, one great great grandson and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. A service to honour Jean will be held on Friday December 22, 2017, Hainstock’s – 9810 34 Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB at 2:00 pm,.
