Kim Ann Lee

Kim was born in China on November 20th, 1937. She immigrated to Canada when she was 11 years old. After graduating high school in St. Paul, Alberta, Kim moved to Edmonton and found work in a hospital. She completed a diploma in secretarial school in Edmonton. It is in Edmonton where she met her future husband, Shik. They married in 1960 and had four daughters. Kim is survived by her husband Shik; her daughters Debbie (Larry Friedel), Janice (Clarence Brown), Sandra (Paul Paetsch) and Colleen (Ken Watts), her brother Henry and by her three grandchildren Aidan Paetsch (Alex Littlechilds), Erin Paetsch (Luis Ossa), & Mackenzie Watts. Kim was predeceased by her parents Frank and Tue Ann Wong and her brother Jack Wong. She will be fondly remembered for her creativity, kindness and zest for learning. Her smile and dance moves will be remembered by everyone.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Monday November 10, 2025 at Hainstock's Funeral Home & Crematorium, 9810-34 Ave NW, Edmonton, Alberta.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Kim's memory to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada.
