It is with great sadness we announce her passing. Her radiant smile and generous personality will be greatly missed by husband of 50 years, Jack, her children Annette, Jenniene (Eugene), Larry (Lynette), Sean (Brian), brother Chris, and especially by her beloved grandchildren on whom she doted, Ryan(Jen) , Loni, Aidan, Nathan, Jarod and Jacob. She will also be missed by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by parents Captain Edward Van Haeften , mother Iris, brother David, sister Cecelia, son Paul and infant son Kevin. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 3:00pm at Hainstock’s Funeral Home 9810 34 Ave, Edmonton, with internment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, 5420 106st, Edmonton. An informal celebration of her fruitful life will follow at the family home at 6:00pm, 10927 16 Ave, Edmonton. In lieu of flowers tributes may be made to the charity of your choosing.
