She will be reunited with George, her husband of over 50 years who predeceased her 2002. Much loved, she is survived by her 2 children, Joel (Zsuzanna, sons; Matthew& Michael) and Janet Wells (husband Mike and daughters; (Lara & Marissa).
She will also be much missed by her brothers Harold Brownell (wife May, predeceased) and Ronald Brownell (wife Margaret) and her many nieces & nephews and their families.
As per her wishes, Doreen has been cremated.
In lieu of flowers, Doreen requested that you make a donation to either the Alzheimer Society of Canada or the S.P.C.A.
