Max Chorney lived a vibrant life spent teaching, hunting, fishing, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends. He is survived by his loving wife, Elsa, his favourite travel partner through Europe and gardening sidekick at home. He will lovingly be remembered by his children Brian (Christina), Kathleen (Ryan), Matthew (Cat), and Daniel (Kelsey) as well as Elsa’s children, David (Suzy) and Chris (Alyssa), who will all forever cherish the countless adventures and campfire tales they shared with him.
Max was a proud Gido of his grandchildren Ryland, Janaya, Owen, Hannah, Paige, Elliot, Logan, Henry, Charlie, Deklan, Elena, and Hunter. He now joins his beloved wife Joanne, his parents Walter and Mary, and his grandson Christopher in the Glory of God. And while heaven may have gained another angel, we’re certain Max has already scouted out the best hunting grounds and fishing holes up there!
Max’s legacy is one of laughter, love, and the reminder that life’s greatest trophies aren’t mounted on the wall, but carried in the hearts of family and friends.
