It is with heavy heart that we announce the passing of Melba. She truly lived her life to the fullest, by the selfless acts of kindness and generosity to those she loved and cared for. We will miss her dearly and will cherish the many memories. She fought hard and long her whole life as it was once thought that as a child she may never have walked but she walked long and hard carrying the weight of many trials that never discouraged her, but only made her more determined and successful in life. She will always be the strongest women we know and will truly feel lost without her here beside us. She is free now to be among those who love her and have awaited to be reunited with her, where she will be without pain in a place where in the end she was always meant to be; with her Lord and maker. It was difficult to have watched her suffer from complications of her chronic illnesses and final battle with pneumonia. We will seek comfort from friends and family that surround us with their prayers, love, and comforting words. Left to cherish all the beautiful memories is her daughter, Cheryl (Deniz) Ozbey of Edmonton; grandchildren, Ellis, Avery and Ethan Ozbey; Sister in law Maria Ninfa Agdeppa; numerous nieces and nephews and many relatives in the Philippines. Melba is predeceased by her angels James and Haydon Lampa; parents Ester and Francisco Agdeppa; brothers and sisters, Manuel Agdeppa (Josefina Bartolome), Nelly Cabalo (Cornelio Cabalo), Francisco Agdeppa (Aurora Cantillon), Oscar Agdeppa, Tito Agdeppa (Maria Ninfa Borra), Rodolfo Agdeppa.
