Neil Campbell

It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved, father, grandfather and great grandfather, Neil Campbell at the age of 88 years. Neil will be remembered by his children; son and daughter in law, Jim and Bianca; daughter and son in law, Tricia and Al; his beloved, grandchildren, Michelle, wee Neil and his husband Ethan, Christina and her husband, Adolfo as well as Brittany and Brandon; his beautiful great granddaughters, Isis and Aria; brother, Jim and his wife Noreen; special family members, Dianne and Mike; as well as many relatives, friends, and extended family in Ontario, Scotland and France. Neil had tough exterior, but to those who knew him, he had a heart of gold. He had a passion for gardening, baking and decorating elaborate cakes, having a good rum and coke, and most importantly ensuring his family was taken care of. Neil did suffer with Dementia over the last few years of his life, however he never lost his sense of humour and his wit. Neil was predeceased by his wife of 67 years, Chrissie Campbell on September 10, 2023; parents, Jim and Elizabeth; sister, Helen, and brother in law, Douglas.

As per his wishes, a private family service will be held and he will be laid to rest next to his wife, Chrissie at the family columbarium in St. Albert. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to his grandson, Neil Campbell-Wallwork, Funeral Director.
