Born on June 10, 1951 in Bengough, Saskatchewan, he attended Bengough High School and Saskatchewan Technical Institute. He obtained three trades as a Welder, Boilermaker, and a Millwright.
He worked for various companies, including Epcor before retiring.
Neil was known for his love of golf and other outdoor activities, as well as travelling. Respected for his exceptional work ethic and resolve, he was a dedicated family man, with a keen sense of humor. Neil made a lasting impact on all who knew him.
Neil is survived by his wife Debbie Hoggan, son Dallas Hoggan (Daphne), daughter Lauren Hoggan, and grandchildren Samantha Hoggan and Jaden Hoggan; siblings Elaine Moore, Rodney Hoggan (Connie), Donna Jorde (Dallas), and Treena Isaac.
He was preceded in death by his parents George Hoggan and Mary Hoggan, Siblings Eugene (in infancy) and Brian.
In accordance with Neil’s wishes, there will be no funeral service.
