died peacefully in his sleep the 27 of December 2013,
at the Sturgeon Hospital.
Born March 18, 1918 in Treppo Grande, Italy.
The son of Maria Cracognia and Francesco Zanier.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years Rosina;
his son, Daniele and wife, Linda; his daughter, Mara;
granddaughter, Dana and husband, Ross Anderson.
As well as many friends
and family in Canada and Italy.
Orfeo came to Canada in search of a better life.
Both his family and all those he shared his life with
were enriched by knowing him.
Prayer service will be held Thursday, January, 2, 2014 at 8:00 pm
at Santa Maria Goretti Church,
9110-110 Avenue, Edmonton.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday,
January 3, 2014 at 10 am
at Santa Maria Goretti Church.
