Sadly Peter passed away peacefully on September 26, 2019 at the age of 91 years. Peter is survived by his children, Bob (Laura), Ron (Josie) and Judy Priest; grandchildren, Keith, Sean, Jesse (Chelsea), Andrew (Trish) and Jennifer; his sister, Lois Mathieson (Nelson) who all will miss him dearly. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Olga; brother, Lawrence (Nancy) and sister, Sophie Sheehan (Leo). We will remember Peter for his kindness, generosity and welcoming nature, always there for family and friends. Special thanks to the Blue Jay staff at St. Joseph's Long Term Care who made Peter's stay a joy. An Open House "Celebration of Life" will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2019 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Hainstock's Funeral Home (9810 - 34 Avenue).
