I am so sorry to hear of Auntie Phoebe passing. A very beautiful soul who I will always remember and cherish the memories of her. I will always remember how very special she made me feel when I stayed at her home some 43 years ago. Being the picky eater that I was she made sure that she went to the grocery and bought all the things that I was eating. A joy to be in her home and presence. Rest In Peace my dear Auntie Phoebe.

It is with heavy hearts we send our deepest condolences to the Pardais family on the passing of Mrs. Pardais (Phoebe). I have a life time of memories to reflect upon from knowing the Pardais family from the time they moved to Canada. Mr. & Mrs. Pardais were like my second family as we grew up in Devon through those teenage years into adulthood. Our social time together was second to none and Mrs. Pardais always ensured we were all well feed and cared for no matter the occasion. The time I got to visit with the family at the residences on Devonian Crescent, Michigan Street and finally in Devon's Discovery Place were always memorable. I will always remember the great wit that Mrs. Pardais had and her ribbing for me to shed a few pounds! You will be forever remembered and you are now back with your love Mr. Pardais (Ramdeen) and in the hands of God.

Aunty Phoebe, you have been an inspiration for so many of us, hard working, dedication to your family and caring for so many. We had a special connection always greeting me with a big hug and smile. I’ll always remember you by the peonies you planted at my home years ago and your love for flowers. I enjoyed your love for singing gospel songs especially a time when we drove from Devon to Edmonton. Condolences to your children and grandchildren. You will live on in our hearts forever. Aunty phoebe was full of life and always ready to make jokes, and had everyone laughing .I will always remember her for that.
She always visited me and my family when she came to Trinidad and we enjoyed her company and spending time with her.

Dear Auntie I am happy to know that you have been reunited with Uncle Ramdeen in heaven. I am going to miss you but I know you are in a better place. I will always remember all the meals you gave me during my life as a poor University student. You always supported me and I know you were always proud of me.
