Sandra was born in Valparaiso, Chile on June 15, 1968, but lived the majority of her life in Edmonton, Alberta.
Those who knew her well will remember her love of life, family and friends, and her fierce intelligence. She treasured spending time with family and friends, enjoyed reading true crime novels and absolutely could not get enough of British television.
Sandra is survived by her beloved son Ty and his father Luke; her father Juan; brother Pedro and his wife Amanda and niece Sienna; and her cherished cousins and soulmates: Maria Astudillo, Paz Hidalgo, Amanda Astudillo, Monica Hidalgo, Patricia Astudillo, Sara Hidalgo, and Ximena Astudillo.
She was preceded in death by her mother Amanda.
A memorial service will be held at Hainstock's Funeral Home located at 9810 34 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta, on Sunday, March 13th, at 10:00am .
