

Sharon Adams was born in Provost, AB and was the daughter of Katie and Martin Schlosser. She lived in a few cities throughout her lifetime, including Kingston, Jamaica but did eventually settle in Edmonton. She was always dedicated to education and finished her Master of Education through the University of Alberta. Sharon had two daughters and she was happily married to Andrew Adams for many years.
Sharon lived a life defined by curiosity, generosity, and deep devotion to her family. A woman of remarkable education and an adventurous spirit, she travelled across much of the world – Europe, Africa, Asia, South America, Central America, North America and Australia. She embraced every opportunity to learn and explore other countries and cultures. Sharon had remarkable relationships with people of all walks of life across many continents. Her kindness, wisdom, and unwavering love enriched the lives of all who knew her, and her legacy continues in the family she cherished so dearly.
She is survived by her husband, Andrew Adams; her two daughters, Teresa Bell (Wesley Bell), Lori Alexander (Martin Alexander); her two grandchildren, Christopher Bell and Nicholas Bell; her sister, Frances Short as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends that she adored dearly.
