Wade is survived by his daughter Alexandia (Alex) Lucas, grandchild Skylan Lucas, parents Don Smith and Sharon Smith, brothers Doug Smith, Ron Smith and Grey Smith as well as numerous other family and many dear friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Memories Funeral Home.
Memorial Dentations are gratefully accepted to a Charity of Choice.
