On March 7, 2011, Walter William Carlin of Rich Valley, Alberta passed away at the age of 81 years. He will be forever remembered by Nancy, his loving wife of 59 years. Walter will be sadly missed by his two children: Cliff (Wendy) Carlin and their children, Ronald and Jessie (Denis) Lemire, and June (Milan) Marinkovich and their children, Paul and Gayle; brother, Harold (Elsie) Carlin; sister, Edith (Gordon) Spitzer; and numerous nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren. Walter was predeceased by his parents, Emanuel and Ivy Carlin; brother, Gordon Carlin; and niece, Lois Carlin. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. at Rose Garden Chapel with Pastor Chris White officiating. Interment to follow at the Rich Valley Cemetery.
