Fortune is survived by daughter Sandra Cirello (Bruno) of Spring Valley, California; son Mariano Alesi (Diane) of Escondido, California; son Peter Alesi Jr. (Pamela) of Pine Valley, California; and son Anthony Alesi (Roberta) of Vacaville, California; sister Collette Kove of Michigan, sister Christine Thompkins of Florida and brother Charles Cordero (Mary Jane) of Florida.
Fortune was preceded in death by her husband Peter Alesi; sister Theresa Niemic; and sister Marie Maniscalco.
Fortune is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
A rosary for Fortune will be prayed on Monday, June 21, 2021 at 10:30 AM in the Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery Chapel, 4470 Hilltop Dr., San Diego, CA 92101 followed by a Mass of Resurrection in the chapel at 11:00 AM.
Fortune's graveside service will immediately follow Mass in the Holy Apostle's section of the outdoor Mausoleum at Holy Cross Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the San Diego Alzheimer's Society in Fortune's name
