She was preceded in death by her husband Rusty, son Gary, daughter Patsy, son Danny and survived by her daughter Linda and brother Larry, and Her 7 grandchildren Tommy, Bobby, Heidi, Carrie, Kelly, Tracy and Justin, her 22 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
A visitation for Frances will be held Monday, September 12, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at
El Cajon Mortuary and Cremation Service, 684 South Mollison Ave., El Cajon, CA 92020.
Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at El Cajon Cemetery, 2080 Dehesa Rd, El Cajon,, CA 92019.
