Ghaniya is survived by Shaml Hayali and Nashat Hayali, sons; Ghada Hayali and Nagham Hayali, daughters; Matti Maqadsi, brother; and 13 Grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at St. Paul Syriac Orthodox Church, 8824 Cottonwood Ave, Santee, CA 92071, US, on March 28, 2026, from 10:30 am to 11:00 am.

A Funeral Service will be held at St. Paul Syriac Orthodox Church, 8824 Cottonwood Ave, Santee, CA 92071, US, on March 28, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.

A Committal Service will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery & Mausoleum, 4470 Hilltop Dr, San Diego, CA 92102, US, on March 28, 2026, from 12:45 pm to 2:00 pm.
