Robert J. Kusek, 81, of El Cajon, California passed away on September 19, 2021. Bob is survived by his wife Dianne, his daughter Laura (Jenkins), his son-in-law Brian Jenkins, his two grandsons and his five living siblings.
Bob was born in Loup City, Nebraska and moved to California in 1969 where he married Dianne, his wife of 51 years. Bob retired in 2000 after 31 years as a probation officer in both Los Angeles and San Diego counties. Bob earned two Masters degrees at St. John’s University and Fordham University in New York.
Bob was a selfless individual who touched the lives of countless people. There will be a celebration of his life at a later date. In lieu of flowers, kindly make a donation to the American Heart Association.
