Thomas S Klecha

Thomas S Klecha 68, died unexpectedly on August 18,2016

at Grossmont Hospital, La Mesa, Ca., with family at his side.

He was born on December 13, 1947,in Sussex New Jersey, the son of

John and Dorothy Klecha. Tom graduated from Sussex High School,

class of 1966. He relocated to El Cajon, Ca. in 1982. A retired bulldozer operator for 30 years.

Honorary member of the VFW #2275, where he also bartended part time.

His interests and hobbies included softball, river trips, music, a good book and an ice cold beer, and most favorite of all, his “Pig Roasts”, which Tom and friends did for various organizations,( VFW, OMBAC). He also enjoyed spending time with his family and his good friends,

Tom is survived by his Wife, Annie Klecha; his two, Sons; Michael Klecha, Chris Klecha, of Springhill,Fl.

Brother; William Klecha and wife Claudia of Wantage, NJ

Sister; Maryann Davidowski and husband Jeff of Wantage,NJ, nieces Vicki, Michelle, nephew Adam.

Grandchildren; Steven Klecha, Noah, Garrett, and Kaylee Klecha.

Step Children: Art Van Ben Schoten IV and wife Megan of El Cajon.

Jody Van Ben Schoten Baldwin and partner George Vanderwall of Alpine.

Grandchild; Austin Van Ben Schoten of El Cajon

Great- grand daughter; Kylie Van Ben Schoten, of El Cajon

Tom is preceded in death by his Parents; John and Dorothy Klecha of NJ.

Grandson; Arthur Van Ben Schoten V of El Cajon.

A service of remembrance will be held at 1:00 p.m.

Sunday, September 18, 2016, at The VFW , 136 Chambers St. El Cajon, CA.
