Tina Lee Vaca

Beloved wife to Darrin Vaca. Survived by her mother Linda Wurth (Keith), sister Robynn Kuhen (Bill), Brother David Dalton (Nikki), her beautiful daughters Leslie Beleche (Carlos), Taci Vaca, Tessa Vaca, and Tori Curo (Delson), grandson Braydon Dickson, Harlow Curo, and soon to be Baby Beleche. Tina is preceded in death by her father David Dalton Sr. and nieces Stephanie Kuhen and Hannah Gentry. She also has a large extended family of nephews and nieces, cousins. Her sister (cousin) Bill and Kim Lepetri.

Tina lee was born in Evansville, IN where she attended grade school and High School. When Tina reallocated to CA she went to Grossmont College for Nursing School. Tina worked, went to school, and raised her daughter Leslie all at the same time. Tina graduated and became an RN. Tina’s education and her nursing degree defined her. She started her nursing career at Scripps Hospital Chula Vista and then moved to Grossmont Hospital in the Surgical ICU. Tina’s colleagues named her The Queen Bee and The Boss Lady. She worked at Grossmont for 20 years in the SICU and her colleagues were really her second family.

Ultimately, the most important thing in Tina’s life was her husband Darrin and her family. Tina was truly the heart and rock of the family. Tina’s message to all of us is family is the most important thing in life and to cherish each moment with them. Always remember to Live, Laugh, Love.
