Andrew Fred Faulkner

Andrew Fred Faulkner, 90 of Smackover, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, September 2, 2014, at his residence. He was born January 31, 1924, to Cyrus D. and Stella Mae Fugitt Faulkner in El Dorado, AR.

He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Smackover and was retired from Ensco where he worked as a welder. He was a World War II Veteran, and he was an avid hunter and fisherman.

Preceding him in death are his parents; his wife, Eunice Faulkner, two sisters; and two brothers.

Survivors include his four children, Andra McKnight (Tim) of Smackover, Fredy Faulkner (Donna) of Louann, Donna Kay Breazeale (Marty) of Smackover, James Faulkner (Vicki) of Frenchport; three brothers, Wallace Faulkner, Jimmy Faulkner, Ralph Faulkner; three sisters, Peggy Lowery, Imogene McCullar, Mary Turner; fourteen grandchildren, thirty-two great grandchildren; and numerous great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, September 4, 2014, at Young’s.

A graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 5, 2014, at Smackover Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors with Bro. Carly Davis officiating.
