Barbara Jean Robertson

Born on January 31, 1927 in Beaumont, TX; she was the daughter of Nicholas and Essie Moses Salim. Barbara was an active member of St Mary's Episcopal Church. She was co-owner of 'Bill's Sandwich Shop'. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Sam Salim and her husband William "Bill" Robertson.

Survivors are a son William "Bubba" Robertson (Marsha) of El Dorado; a daughter Janie Parker (Pat) of Shreveport, LA; a brother Mike Salim of Dumas, TX. Along with grandchildren Nick Parker (Tammy), Matt Parker (Kelly) all of Shreveport, LA and Kim McNeill (Jonathan) of Rogers, AR. Great grandchildren Hannah, Triniti, Kendall, Peyton, Kennedy and MacKenzie Parker. Great great grandchildren Raghen and Thomas.

After a private family service, the family will receive friends at 10 am to 11am, Saturday, June 10, 2023 at St Mary's Episcopal Church Parish Hall, North Madison Ave and Hilton Street, El Dorado, AR.

The family wants to thank the staffs of Timberlane Health and Rehabilitation and Life Touch Hospice, a part of, Arkansas Hospice for the loving care provided to Barbara.
