Bobby Allen Hendricks

Born October 30, 1953, he was the son of Howard Purcell and Hazel Roberts Hendricks and was raised in a loving home by Hazel and his step-father, Howard Thomas “Blackie” Roberts.

He had been employed by Texas Eastern and then EPCO for 33 years, after which he became an independent oil producer. He was member of the Urbana Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death, are his parents; step-father; and brother, Dennis Hendricks.

Survivors include his wife, Debbie Hendricks of El Dorado; daughter, Ali Hendricks of Hammond, LA; son, Heath Sutherlin (Jennifer) of Rogers, AR; two brothers, David Hendricks (Susan) of El Dorado, Guy Hendricks (Donna) of Urbana; two grandchildren, Addison and Harrison Sutherlin; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Hendricks of El Dorado; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 19, 2016 in the Chapel of Young’s Funeral Directors with Bro. James Willis officiating. A reception will follow at the Myrtelle House.
