Carol Ann Mecham

Carol was born on July 29, 1944 in El Dorado, AR; she was the daughter of A.G. and Nina Holdman Burchfield. Carol retired after a career in nursing; she enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping at Lake Chicot. She loved to quilting and spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband of 44 years Gary K Mecham.

Survivors are a son Keith B. Mecham of Lake Village; daughters Michelle Ivy (Donald) of Hampton and Jodi Phillips (Scott) of El Dorado; sisters Norma Castleberry and Susie Teer (Stanley) all of El Dorado; grandchildren Caleb Phillips, Joshua Phillips, Logan Thomas, Jessica Thomas, Brandon Thomas, Johnathan Ivy, D.J. Ivy and Thomas Ivy; great grandchildren Brinley Phillips, Jonas Chambless, Layton Ivy, Palmer Ivy and Preston Ivy.

The family will receive friends Monday evening for a visitation 5pm to 7pm at Youngs Funeral Directors. Cremation Services entrusted to Young's Funeral Directors.
