Chandler was a member of St. Mark United Methodist Church, and in the 1970’s he was a member of the Rock & Roll Band “Midnight Hour”.
He is preceded in death by his father, James Mason; grandmother, Velma Chandler; and brother-in-law, Tom Shelton.
Survivors include his mother, Madera Mason; sister, Debbie Shelton; nephew, Kevin Shelton, and niece, Gina Shelton, all of El Dorado.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 26, 2012, at Young’s Chapel with Rev. Mike Proctor officiating and David Feinberg eulogist. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Park under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time.
