He was born on January 17, 1951 to W.H. Oliver, Jr. and J’Nell Orr Oliver in El Dorado, AR. Ralph was a 6 year veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve and was employed by Arkansas Best Freight, where he worked as a Terminal Manager.
Preceding him death is his father, W.H. Oliver, Jr.
Survivors include his mother, J’Nell Oliver of Homer, LA; brother, David Oliver of Ruston; daughters, Cali Renee Worthen and Megan Maleece Willett both of Malvern, AR; and granddaughters, Baylyn Worthen and Autumn Rayne Willett.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Young's Funeral Directors.
