Dorothy Marie Jerry

Dorothy Marie Jerry, 88 of El Dorado formerly of Spearsville, LA, passed away Wednesday, September 10, 2014, at the Medical Center of South Arkansas. She was born November 16, 1925, to Joseph Washington and Lozier Davis Bauldree in Pleasant Hill, LA.

She was a member of Antioch Church of Christ in Spearsville, LA and was a homemaker.

Preceding her in death are her parents; her loving husband of 64 years, Jesse Arthur Jerry; two brothers, Volley and Travis Bauldree; and two sisters, Retha Pickering, and Velma Pickering.

Survivors include her nephew, Larry Bauldree; niece, Charlene Sanders both of El Dorado; sister, Bytha Edwards of Commanche, IA; four half-brothers, Donald Bauldree of Corpus Christie, TX, Joe Bauldree of Homer, LA, Milton Bauldree of Homer, LA, Phillip Bauldree of Charlotte, NC; three half-sisters, Barbara Jean Boyd of Bogalusa, LA, Ester Dagg of Bossier City, LA, Virginia Ann DeLoach of Dubberly, LA; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday, September 11, 2014, at Young’s.

A graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, September 12, 2014, at Urbana Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors with Bro. Tommy Bennett officiating.
