

Dorothy Marie Miller Smith, 94 of Mt. Holly, passed away Sunday, January 18, 2015, at the John R. Williamson Hospice House. She was born October 10, 1920, to Opie Lee and Lillie Mae Goyen Miller in Star City, AR.
She was a retired Lab Technician at the Smackover Practice Clinic and was a member of the Silver Hill United Methodist Church.
Preceding her in death are her parents; husband, Chester Smith, sister, Charlene Miller Hopkins; brother, James L. Miller; two granddaughters, Tammy Kay Hall, Buffy Pepper; and great granddaughter, Taylor Sinclair Braley.
Survivors include her two sons, W.S. “Sam” Hall of Lawson, Randy Smith (Dorothy) of Mt. Holly AR; three daughters, Jimmie H. Brown of Smackover, Linda Kay Tucker (David) of Waldo, Molly Smith Donahoe (Tony) of Mt. Holly, nine grandchildren, Rusty Hall of Star City, AR, Sam Hall (Amanda) of Hot Springs, AR, Terri Hall Williams (Gary) of Camden, AR, Tonya Tucker Braley of Texarkana, TX, Amanda Bobbitt of El Dorado, Katie Smith Bagwell (Dustin) of Mt. Holly, Hannah Smith Willett (Nathan) of Conway, AR, Mack E. Donahoe, Holly Noel Donahoe both of Mt. Holly; twelve great grandchildren, Steven Hall of Monticello, AR, Morgan Lane, Joseph Pepper of Lawson, William “Will” Calhoun of Fayetteville, AR, Lillie Rae Levingston of El Dorado, Cameron Allen Braley of Texarkana, TX, Victor Levingston of El Dorado, Carson Williams of Camden, Lincoln Levingston of El Dorado, Malachi Willett of Conway, AR, Brock Kevin Bagwell of Mt. Holly, Luke Allen Willett of Conway; and three great grandchildren, Peyton Hall, Landon Hall, and Luke Hall of Monticello.
Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. tonight at Young’s.
Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 21, 2015, at Silver Hill United Methodist Church with Rev. Leon Dixon officiating. Burial will follow at Silver Hill Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
