Edward T. Brown

He was born September 27, 1953 in Lake Village, AR to Edward T. Brown, Sr. and Patsy Young Brown. He worked as an oil field worker and was a member of El Dorado Missionary Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death are his grandmother, Donna Barrclough; his father, Edward Brown, Sr.; a brother, James Brown and a sister, Laura Ann Brown.

Survivors include his mother, Patsy Brown of El Dorado; his wife, Janie Williams Brown of El Dorado; three sisters, Nora Smith of Hooks, TX; Donna Walthall & husband Kenneth of El Dorado; Karon Ordoyne & husband Joshua of El Dorado; brother, John Brown & wife Kim of California; mother-in-law, Alice Owen of El Dorado; father-in-law, Earl Williams & wife Bonnie Jo of El Dorado; two sisters-in-law, Elaine Andersen & husband Martin of Camden and Cathy Caldwell & husband Sonny of Junction City, AR; a brother-in-law, Barnie Williams of New Orleans, LA; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 4, 2013 at El Dorado Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Clark officiating. Burial will follow at Hebron Cemetery in Summerfield, LA under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.

Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 p.m. tonight at the funeral home.
