Geraldine Morris

She was born March 20, 1931, to David Alexander and Oma Elsie Roark Rule in Malden, MO. Geraldine later married Jesse Morrow, between them they had five children. She worked as a private sitter in the healthcare profession.

Preceding her in death are her parents.

Survivors include her husband of 32 years, Cled Wallace Morris of El Dorado; four sons, Kenneth Ray Morrow of Orange Grove, FL, Russell Eugene Morrow of Newport, AR, Glenn Franklin Morrow of Augusta, AR, Howard David Morrow of Orange Grove, FL; one daughter, Paulette Holder of St. Petersburg, FL; one step-daughter, Mary Sue Morris of Kentucky; one brother, Jerry Rule of Bunkum, IL; one sister, Emma Louis Lee of Vienna, IL, nine grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren; one great, great granddaughter; her “babies”, ten cats that she loved so much to be placed in loving homes; and many nieces and nephews. Geraldine was “mama”, “aunt”, and “granny” to many who loved her. She was a very devout Christian who trusted her Lord.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. today at Arlington Memorial Park under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors with Rev. Terry Burke officiating.
