Helen D. Dumas Pilgreen

left this life from the John R. Williamson Hospice

House on Saturday, August 10, 2013.

She was born April 14, 1922, in El Dorado,

to Jesse A. Dumas and

Georgia Belle Haney Dumas.

Helen was a lifelong member of

First Baptist Church in Strong.

Preceding her in death were her parents;

her husband, Eddie M. (Peck) Pilgreen;

and brothers, Billy and Haney Dumas.

She leaves to cherish her memory a daughter,

Beth Munford (Jimmy), a son Que Taunton (Wanda);

grandchildren, Marti Hogue (Randy), Merri Holt (Kevin),

Wendy Jones (Jim), Dedra Crawford (Kevin), James Taunton

(Tonya); great grandchildren, Daniel Hogue,

Lucy Osgood (Caleb), Kyle Holt, Baylee Holt,

Miki Manning, Karli Manning, Keri Manning, Tyler

Taunton (Ashley), Katie Crawford, Sydney Crawford,

Kelsey Eppinette, Dakota Taunton, Tiffany Ross, and

Olivia Taunton; great great grandchildren, Gavin and Grant Taunton, Paxton Smith,

Erin Osgood, baby Michael Osgood (expected to arrive in September).

The funeral service will be held at 2:00pm, Monday, August 12, 2013,

at First Baptist Church in Strong with Rev. Gerald Perry and Rev. Scotty Guillot officiating.

Interment will follow at Strong Cemetery under the direction of

Young’s Funeral Directors. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00pm, Sunday,

at First Baptist Church in Strong.
