Kencee Alexis Boothe, 24, of El Dorado, passed away Friday, January 30, 2026 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Kencee was born on May 12, 2001 in El Dorado, Arkansas where she spent most of her life. She graduated from El Dorado High School in 2019 before moving to Indiana where she attended Ivy Tech Community College.
Kencee was a devoted mother, daughter, sister and friend. Most importantly, Kencee’s life was rooted in her devotion to God, which helped to guide her and was reflected in the way she loved and cared for others.
Kencee was adored for her big personality and lighthearted nature. Everywhere she went she carried with her an infectious laugh and a big smile. She never took anything she had for granted and lived her life selflessly, always ready to step up and help anyone who needed it.
Kencee’s greatest joy was her son. She poured her heart into being the best mother she could possibly be. Though her time on Earth was brief, her impact far exceeded the years she was given.
She is survived by her mother, Brooke Pugh and husband Grant; father, Les Boothe and wife Kristen; her grandparents Charles and Nanette Boothe, Floye Holley, Pam Holley and Chuck and Kathy Alexander; two sisters, Caitlin C.B. Gray (Carson) and Hollie Pugh; one brother, John Pugh; her life partner, Parker Byrnes and their son Brooks, and numerous friends.
Services will take place Monday, February 9th at Young’s Funeral Home in El Dorado. There will be a visitation beginning at 12 p.m., followed by a 1 p.m. memorial service officiated by Rev. Michael Shelton. A burial will take place at Mount Union Cemetery in Spearsville, Louisiana with a service officiated by Marcelle McGee.
Pallbearers include John Pugh, Mike McCloy, Jimmy Massey, Clark Smith, Austin Lambert and Brock Harper.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Generations Bank in care of Les Boothe for a savings account for Brooks' future.
