Kit Ying Wong

Born to Suni Chan and Wain Yu Chan on January 6, 1962 in Hong Kong. She married William Wong and immigrated to the US in early 1982. She started working at Charles Louis Laundry family business in 1982. She enjoyed cooking and gardening.

Preceding her in death are her parents, grandparents and husband William of 35 years, grandparent in-law Sam and Huie Wong, her in-laws Joe and Fay Jean Wong, brother-in-law Gene Yee, uncle in-law Jim Wong, aunt in-law Lin Q Wong and cousin in-law Henry Wong.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son George Wong; daughter Julie Wong Bullock (Ricky) of El Dorado; one granddaughter Jazmin; one sister Kitping Chan; sister-in-law Jo An Yee of Dallas TX; brother-in-law Kenneth Wong (Cindy) of Palmdale, CA; sister-in-law Mary Ann McMurry (Richard) of El Dorado, AR; brother-in-law Eugene Wong (Lily) of Brooklyn NY; sister-in-law Susan Wong of El Dorado, AR; cousin-in-law Alice Wong of Ruston, LA, Emma Chew (Bryan) and Mable Wong both of Dallas, TX; Chuck Wong (Christina) of Keller, TX; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

We would like thank the personnel at Timberlane Health and Rehab and AR Hospice for their due diligence in taking care of Kit.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 6th from 5:00-7:00 pm at Young’s Funeral Directors.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Salvation Army or UCAPS.
