La Juan was born on September 7, 1946 in El Dorado, AR; she was the daughter of James ‘Jim’ Sedford Bussell and Audrey Wood Bussell. La Juan was a nurse. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors are a son Kevin Walters (Vicki) of San Antonio, TX; a daughter Kristin Mercado (Ed) of Katy, TX; a brother James A. Bussell (Wendie) of Missouri City, TX; along with grandchildren MacKenzie Walters, Erika Mercado, Anthony Mercado, Eliot Mercado, Nicholas Mercado and Jaxon Mercado.
Graveside Services by Young’s Funeral Directors will be 10 am, Saturday, April 19, 2014 at Three Creeks Baptist Church’s Cemetery with Rev. Mark Margis.
