She was a homemaker and was of the Presbyterian faith. She was loved by all who met her and was known simply as “Oma”. She rarely missed an opportunity to enjoy her family, especially watching her grandchildren play sports. She loved working in the yard and taking care of her plants. She was a cancer fighter since 2004, and never quit her fight until the Lord took her home.
Preceding her in death are her parents; and brother, Karl Wiegand.
Survivors include her husband, Ervin Donald Burroughs; daughter, Donya Orrell (Michael) all of El Dorado; son, Renaldo Wiegand of Munich, Germany; sister, Margitta Maurer, brother, Rheinhold Wiegand, both of Weisbaden, Germany; and four grandchildren, Taylor Robertson, Grey Watson, Cole Watson, and Dennis Wiegand.
There will be a private family memorial service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the John R. Williamson Hospice House, 2301 Champagnolle Rd., El Dorado, AR 71730.
