Michael Alan Nolan

Michael worked for Stevens Forestry, was a member of the Civitans, South Arkansas Arboretum, and Immanuel Baptist Church. He loved traveling, fishing, duck hunting and most of all he loved spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his father, William Floyd Nolan; and brother, Kenneth Nolan.

Survivors include his loving wife Jody Nolan of El Dorado; mother, Dorothy Nolan of Ruston, LA; brother Murray Nolan (Jeanne) of Minden, LA; sister, Jackie Bourke (Vince) of Broussard, LA; two sons, Rev. Michael Shane Nolan (Kristen) of Chicago, IL, William Alan Nolan (Kristi) of Russellville, AR; five grandchildren, Ashlie Nolan, Madison Nolan, Ryan Nolan, Corey Nolan, and Alyssa Nolan; two step-daughters, Vicki McElwee and Cheryle Bagley both of El Dorado; and a loyal friend, his dog, Marley.

Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 17, at Young’s.

A funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, at Immanuel Baptist Church under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors with Rev. Michael Nolan and Rev. Faron Rogers officiating.
