“Adolfo”, “Jimmy”, “Mr. G.” - call him what you will, but you would certainly call him “friend” if you were lucky enough to have known him. He was a giant of a man in many aspects and was always the first to help others in need. He was a man of strong convictions and high standards who most often took the high road. He proudly and valiantly served his country during WWII and was awarded the Victory Medal, the American Medal, the Asiatic-Pacific 1 star medal, the Philippine Liberation Medal, and the European, African, Middle Eastern Medal 2 stars. Sadly, he lived the last 20 years of his life without his beloved wonderful wife, but he was blessed to have had four children with her. He is survived by those children, and their children, and their children’s children making him a Great Grandpa several times over. FAMILY was the most important part of his life - and his family will miss him more than words can say.
