Alfonso Baeza

Alfonso Baeza, 84, beloved brother, husband, and grandfather, was received by the hands of our Lord and Savior on Tuesday, January 25, 2022. He was born in Meoqui, Chih. Mexico to the late Exiquia and Jose Maria Baeza.

Alfonso affectionately known as Tata dedicated his life to his family. Although a man of few words, his beautiful blue eyes and his great smile were always a welcome site. Alfonso was a strong, kind, loving, and supportive father. His knowledge and guidance were the foundation of his family. He will be truly missed in so many ways.

In 1963, Alfonso met the love of life his wife, Maria Luisa and went on to have two children. Alfonso put family first, always, and was a dedicated husband and father. You will live on forever in the hearts of your wife, children and 2 grandchildren.

Alfonso is preceded in death by both of his parents, brothers Antonio, Benjamin, and Gabriel. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Maria Luisa, daughter Norma and husband Edward Cruz, son Alfonso Baeza Jr. and wife Diana, grandchildren Alejandro Julian and Briana Baeza, brother Laurencio and sister Manuela Gonzalez and many nephews and nieces.

A visitation will be held on Friday February 4, 2022, from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM with a Rosary to begin at 9:30 AM. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 131 Zaragoza followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment to follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.

Currently, due to the substantial public risk, the family recommends that guests must face masks at all times while inside the church facility.

Alfonso Baeza, de 84 años, amado hermano, esposo y abuelo, fue recibido en las manos de nuestro Señor y Salvador el Martes 25 de Enero del 2022. Nació en Meoqui, Chih. México a sus difuntos padres Exiquia y José María Baeza.

Alfonso cariñosamente conocido como Tata dedicó su vida a su familia. Aunque era un hombre de pocas palabras, sus hermosos ojos azules y su gran sonrisa siempre fueron una luz de bienvenida. Alfonso fue un padre fuerte, amable, amoroso y comprensivo. Su conocimiento y orientación fueron la base de su familia. Se le extrañará de verdad de muchas maneras.

En 1963, Alfonso conoció al amor de su vida, su esposa, María Luisa, y tuvieron dos hijos. Alfonso puso a la familia primero, siempre, y fue un esposo y padre dedicado. Vivirás por siempre en los corazones de tu esposa, hijos y 2 nietos.

Alfonso es precedido en la muerte por sus dos padres, sus hermanos Antonio, Benjamín y Gabriel. Le sobreviven su esposa María Luisa, su hija Norma y su esposo Edward Cruz, su hijo Alfonso Baeza Jr. y su esposa Diana, sus nietos Alejandro Julián y Briana Baeza, su hermano Laurencio y su hermana Manuela González y muchos sobrinos y sobrinas.

Se realizará un velorio el Viernes 4 de Febrero del 2022 a las 9:00 a.m. a 9:30 a.m. con un Rosario que comenzará a las 9:30 a.m. en la Iglesia de Nuestra Señora del Monte Carmelo, 131 Zaragoza seguido la Misa Fúnebre a las 10:30 a.m. Entierro en el cementerio de Mt. Carmel después de la Misa Fúnebre.

Debido al riesgo público, la familia recomienda que los invitados usen cubrebocas en todo momento dentro de las instalaciones de la iglesia.
