Armando Lucero passed away January 22, 2024 at the age of 78. He was born on April 20, 1945 in El Paso, Texas. Graduated from Jefferson High School and later received a B.S. degree from Park College. Mando worked for the El Paso City County Health and Environmental District for 30 years. Preceded in death by his parents Jose and Celia Lucero and brother Joe Jr. He is survived by his wife Irma and sisters Luciana Walton and Betty Yrigoyen and many nephews and niece. Rosary service will be held Wednesday January 31, 2024 at Martin Funeral Home East at 11:00 AM with a Mass following at St. Stephens Catholic Church at12:00 PM. Burial will be at Mt Carmel Cemetery.
