Armando Emilio Oaxaca

Armando Emilio Oaxaca, 90, passed away on October 11, 2025 in the comfort of his own home. He was the husband of Rosario Rodriguez and widower of Enriqueta Chavez Villalobos. Mr. Oaxaca spent 29 years of marriage with Enriqueta until her death, and 33 years of marriage with Rosario until his death.

Born in Parral, Chihuahua, Mexico, he was the son of Raul Oaxaca and Rosa Molina. His siblings were Raul, Ruben, Oscar, Gabriel, Francisco, Victor Manuel, Rosa Maria and Martha.

He was a member of the Christian Faith. He enjoyed spending time with family and studying the Bible. He was a hard-working construction contractor while contributing to his church through Bible studies, eventually becoming an ordained minister. He will be remembered for his loyalty to his family and faith for his church.

He is survived by his wife Rosario Rodriguez, children (Sergio Oaxaca, Ruth Hutterer, Vera Oaxaca Marr, Naipo Robertson, and Leilani Robertson), and grandchildren (Theresa Oaxaca, Andrea Oaxaca, Ava Oaxaca, Frederick Hutterer III, Roderick Hutterer, Domenick Hutterer, Nicholas Oaxaca, Thomas Oaxaca, and Logan Lords). He was predeceased by Enriqueta Chavez Villalobos, Vidal Armando Oaxaca (son), and siblings Raul, Ruben, Oscar, Gabriel, Rosa Maria and Victor Manuel.

The memorial service will be held Friday, November 7, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Hillcrest West, 5054 Doniphan Drive, El Paso, TX 79932.

The burial will be held Monday, November 10, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Funeraria Del Angel Evergreen East, 12400 Montana Avenue, El Paso, TX 79938.
