Bertha Alicia Ramirez “Licha”, 84, of El Paso Texas passed away on January 23, 2022. She is survived by her children Fernando Ramirez, Teresita Ramirez Gonzalez (Polo), Susana Ortega (Javier) and Maria Elena Gonzalez. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren, her siblings Salvador Macias, Concepcion Macias de Carmona and Guadalupe Macias Torres.
She is preceded in death by her husband Tomas Ramirez Sr., her son Tomas Ramirez Jr., her siblings Aurelio Macias, Felipe Macias, Jose Macias and Elvira Macias.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday February 1, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary to begin at 6:30 p.m. at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 N. Carolina. The Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday February 2, 2022 at 12:30 p.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church, 7424 Mimosa followed by the interment at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Bertha will be laid to rest in Mt Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, Texas 79907.
