Caitlin Elizabeth Rosenbaum (Katie), 13 months, was granted her angel wings on September 1, 2015. She passed peacefully in her parent’s arms at Providence Children’s Hospital, following a long illness. Her final hours were spent surrounded by family and friends she had touched throughout her life. Katie loved Mylar balloons, being tickled, and spending time with her family and her favorite nurses, Ashley and Bianca. Although she never spoke a word, her thoughts could be heard clearly by all who knew her. She is survived by her Parents: Shawn and Kimberly Rosenbaum, Brothers: Alex and Jacob Rosenbaum, Grandmother: Janet Williams. She was preceded in death by Brother: Dylan Rosenbaum Grandfather: Curtis Williams and Grandmother: Diane Rosenbaum. She was loved by all who met her and will be greatly missed.
Services will be held at William Beaumont Army Medical Center’s Chapel on September 8, 2015 at 6:00pm. Caitlin’s parents ask that in lieu of flowers, memorial offerings be made to: The Compassionate Friends.
