Carlos "Chuck" Diego Veale, age 53, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2019. Carlos was born on February 26, 1966 and was a long time resident of El Paso. A graduate of El Paso High School and dedicated Self-employed contractor. He was preceded in death by his father Carlos Diego Veale. Carlos is survived by; his mother Estela Escobar, brother Arthur Paul Veale and Twin sister Estela Veale. He also leaves 2 nephews; Arthur Paul Veale Jr. and Ethan Carlos Agustin Lucas, 2 Nieces; Estela Louise Sims and Lauren Luz Veale. Carlos "Chuck" Diego Veale had a passion for life, family, friends, pets and his beloved mother Estela Escobar.
Visitation will take place Thursday August 1, 2019 at Hillcrest Funeral Home West located at 5054 Doniphan Dr. from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with Vigil service to follow at 7:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial to take place on Friday at 11:00 AM at St Luke Catholic Church with Committal service to follow at 1:00 PM at Restlawn Memorial Park at 8700 Dyer St.
