In Loving Memory of Crystal Hope Vasquez
May 3, 1994 – April 3, 2025
Crystal Hope Vasquez, age 30, of El Paso, Texas, passed away peacefully on
Thursday, April 3, 2025, surrounded by her loving family and friends.
Born on May 3, 1994, in El Paso, she was one of two children to Jose Luis
Vasquez Sr. and Esperanza Vasquez. A proud graduate of Del Valle High School,
Crystal was known for her vibrant spirit, loving heart, and unshakable strength.
Above all, Crystal was a devoted and wonderful mother who loved
unconditionally. She cared deeply for her two children and poured her heart into
raising them with honesty, resilience, and compassion. She didn’t sugarcoat life
—instead, she taught her children to be tough, to face challenges head-on, and
to always treat others the way they would want to be treated.
Crystal’s warmth extended far beyond her own family. Her laughter, kindness,
and natural ability to make others feel at home left a lasting impression on
everyone she met. She often welcomed her children’s friends as her own,
offering them the same love, care, and acceptance that made her home a true
sanctuary of warmth and joy.
She is survived by her beloved children, Anthony Amir Vasquez and Aalayah
Amor Martin, her mother, Esperanza Vasquez, and her brother, Jose Luis
Vasquez Jr. She was preceded in death by her father, Jose Luis Vasquez Sr.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate Crystal’s life on Monday April 21,
2025 6pm-9pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home at 1060 N. Carolina Dr El Paso, Tx.
Tuesday April 22, 2025 Blessing Mass at Corpus Christi Catholic Church 9205 N
Loop Dr. El Paso, Tx 79907 at 10am.
Crystal’s legacy of love, strength, and generosity will live on in the hearts of all
who knew her. She will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
