Edward “Eddie” Robert Medina passed away on March 18, 2024 at the age of 48 in his hometown of El Paso, Texas. His battle with serious medical issues in recent years showed his courage in facing life’s challenges with a smile. Despite the pain, Eddie came out a hero and stayed strong until the end.
The simplest pleasures in life brough great joy to Eddie. He loved watching the Dallas Cowboys games with family and friends.
Eddie is survived by his mother Maria Teresa Davila; step-father Mario Davila; brother Christoher Medina; sister LoriAnna Blendz; sons Edward Medina, Jr. and Xavier Joey Medina; aunts Olga Tavarez, Gloria Leal and many cousins, nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held in his honor on Friday, April 12, 2024 from 10 a.m.-12 noon with a memorial salute at 12-noon located at Martin Funeral Home East, 1460 George Dieter, El Paso, TX 79936.
